Inspiration for this quilt and its name came from a textile pattern by Bauhaus designer Gunta Stölzl. Quilt designed, pieced, and quilted by Sharon Holland, the Gunta quilt has a fresh and modern look for today’s interiors. Featured in Modern Patchwork Spring 2016 issue showcasing Art Gallery Fabrics Pure Solids and Gossamer prints by Sharon Holland.
Size is 48-1/2’’ x 60-1/2’’ and batting is either 100% cotton or an 80/20 cotton blend. Back has a hanging sleeve hand whipstitched to quilt.
